Legacy Metals, LLC is a growing company with a family friendly work environment. We sell a variety of building materials including lumber, metal siding and trusses and are best known for our ability to build quality pole barns, shop houses and barndominiums for our customers. We are planning to continue our 35% growth per year as we have since 2017. Right now we need a brilliant Sales Supervisor to join our team and help us continue the success! Responsibilities:

• Supervise take offs, contractor sales and Retail sales operations.
• Motivate the sales staff and create an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
• Create performance goals and set deadlines that match the company's plans
• Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and assist staff to solve customers' problems.
• Address inquiries and complaints from customers
• Coach, counseling and facilitate the sales staff
• Monitor sales staff attendance and schedule/approve time off
• Recruit and train new sales staff, and monitor the team's sales performance.
• Gather and submit performance reports to the Executive Management Team
• Help train new employees while adhering to company policies
• Maximize efficiency through innovative process development
• Help develop and support short- and long-term operational strategies

Required skills and qualifications

• Outstanding written and oral communication
• Goal oriented self starter with initiative to lead others to their best performance
• Two or more years of leadership experience
• Must be familiar and comfortable with basic computer operation and business related software used for project management, sales, accounting and office related work such as Office 365.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) in sales, construction, build estimation, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
